Two of the desks out the back have been dropping off since about 9. The front of the office is fine.

Thanks Gemma. The line itself looks clean from here, no dropouts on the nbn side, so I suspect the switch those desks hang off. Can somebody power cycle the small grey switch in the comms cupboard?

Switch is a 5 year old unmanaged TP-Link, not ours. If this recurs we should quote a replacement.
